Community channels and project contact

Useful reports make better servers.

GXA’s community channels are used for server announcements, maintenance notices, player testing, development feedback, and moderation reports. Verified community links are being finalized. Until they are posted, use the in-game server browser and avoid sharing private information through public comments.

Reporting technical problems

A useful report identifies the game, server, build or mod version, approximate time, what was expected, what actually happened, and the steps that reproduce the problem. Screenshots, video, or exact error text can shorten troubleshooting considerably. Reports should separate observed behavior from assumptions about the cause so the lowest-risk explanation can be tested first.

Player reports and appeals

Moderation concerns should be submitted privately through the verified channel once it is linked. Include the player name, approximate time, affected server, and relevant evidence without publishing another person’s private information. Appeals should focus on the event and evidence rather than turning a disagreement into a public argument.

Security reports

Do not post exploitable server or website details in a public chat. GXA will never request a game-account password, Steam password, payment-card number, recovery phrase, private key, or one-time authentication code through a community message. A dedicated private security-report method will be listed when the contact system is finalized.
