Frontline testing and support
Report a Frontline bug
A useful report shows what happened, where it happened, which build was running, and how another tester can reproduce it. Good evidence turns a strange moment into a fixable problem.
Submission channel being finalized
GXA does not yet publish a verified Discord bug channel or support email. Prepare the report below and keep the evidence together; this page will link the official submission destination as soon as it is confirmed. Do not send reports to an account or invite that is not linked from GlobalXAuthority.com.
Before reporting
- Confirm which server and Frontline build or Workshop version you were using.
- Try the action again once if it is safe to reproduce.
- Record the approximate date, time, and time zone.
- Capture the exact error text, screenshot, or short video when possible.
- Describe only what you observed before guessing at the cause.

Protect your account and other players
Never include a Steam password, game-account password, payment-card number, recovery phrase, private key, one-time authentication code, home address, or another player’s private information. Moderation reports and exploitable security issues should use a private verified channel rather than a public post.
