Who we are and how to contact us
Global X Authority operates globalxauthority.com, a community website about our Arma servers and projects. This notice describes website cookies, optional audience measurement, essential technical processing, and outside content. It does not replace the separate policies of Steam, Bohemia Interactive, or other platforms you use to play. For privacy questions or requests concerning your information, email globalxauthority@gmail.com. Please do not send passwords, recovery codes, payment-card details, or sensitive documents; we may ask for limited information to understand a request and confirm that it concerns you.
Running and protecting the website
Our hosting and security services process technical information needed to deliver pages, investigate errors, and protect the website against abuse. This can include IP addresses, request times, browser information, and access or security-log records. Essential cookies and browser storage support functions such as sign-in, security checks, and remembering privacy choices. If you contact us, we receive the message and contact information you provide. Blocking all cookies in your browser may prevent some essential functions from working.
Optional Google Analytics
We use optional Google Analytics to understand visits to our pages and improve the website, with reports available through Google’s Site Kit plugin. Analytics can process page-view information, browser and device characteristics, and cookie identifiers. The Analytics script is held back unless you allow statistics cookies. Complianz controls that choice for visitors worldwide. Enhanced measurement and Site Kit plugin-conversion tracking are switched off. Google Ads and AdSense are not connected. Google’s partner-site explanation and Privacy Policy describe its handling of information.
Your privacy choices
Our consent banner provides Accept optional, Reject optional, and preference controls. Use Privacy choices to revisit a decision, including on mobile. Rejecting optional statistics does not prevent you from reading our pages. Complianz controls Analytics loading, and the WP Consent API communicates supported choices to integrated plugins. Withdrawing statistics consent on a page where Analytics has loaded stops that Analytics tag and reloads the page with it blocked. Refresh other GXA tabs you already have open so they also use your latest choice. These controls do not stop essential website processing or automatically govern every third-party service. You can also inspect or delete cookies using your browser settings. Clearing stored preferences can make the banner ask for your choice again.
Outside server-status widgets and links
The Server Status page includes outside content from GameQuery and ReforgerMods. Loading these widgets can contact their providers and disclose connection information, such as your IP address and browser details. These existing widgets are separate from the optional Analytics setting, so rejecting Analytics should not be treated as blocking those connections. Links to outside platforms take you to services governed by their own policies. WordPress and installed commerce components may also use storage for preferences or attribution; the presence of those components does not mean a purchase is required.
There is currently no active payment link on our Support page. We will update this notice when payment, advertising, or other relevant features are introduced, to describe the services actually used. We do not ask visitors to enter payment-card information into ordinary contact messages or bug reports.
Retention, requests, and updates
Retention depends on the purpose of the information and the settings and obligations of the service holding it; security records, correspondence, cookies, and Analytics information do not necessarily have the same lifetime. Contact us for information about a particular record or to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. We may need to verify a request, and some information may need to be retained for security or legal reasons. Withdrawing optional consent does not itself delete information already held by an outside provider. We will revise this notice as the site’s services change and show the update date above.
