Every watch we sell or repair comes with a one-year transferable warranty that begins the moment the watch is fully repaired, reassembled, and confirmed to be in proper working condition. This warranty follows the watch itself, not the owner, and is validated by the physical warranty card provided at delivery.
The warranty covers all functional components necessary for accurate timekeeping under normal use. Cosmetic wear and tear are not covered, though cosmetic restoration is available as a separate service. All warranty repairs include full cleaning and diagnostics—just cover return shipping. If the watch cannot be repaired, we’ll refund 50% of the original purchase price.
Opening the watch or having it serviced by anyone outside of our operation voids the warranty. Keep the warranty card safe, as it is required for any service claims.
